Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

The authors report the results of (99m)Tc bone scanning in 54 hip prostheses. The scintigraphy gives full information about prosthetic complications earlier than clinical, laboratory and roentgenographic examinations, allowing an efficacious therapy and improving therefore the prognosis. In authors' opinion, bone scanning is furthermore an indispensable diagnostic mean to follow up the evolution of normal arthroprosthesis. (Journal received: August 1977)
