Summary Clear cell ("sugar") tumour of the lung is a rare neoplasm, generally presenting as a discrete nodule on the chest X-ray. We report a case of clear cell tumour of the lung in a 64-year-old woman. The tumour at presentation was 1 mm in diameter.
