Abstract

Patient: This is a 32-year-old male patient, who was non-obese, asymptomatic for angina, and a former smoker. Blood testing recently performed showed borderline total cholesterol level (210∈mg/dL). The patient was a non-competitive soccer player with a training schedule of 6∈h a week. The family history was positive for ischemic heart disease and deep venous thrombosis.
