The authors report a case of livedoid vasculitis in a 42 years old female patient. She had the typical characteristic of this disease, with worsening situation during the summer: ulcers of the legs, that healed leaving atrophie blanche. The patient also suffered from chronic urticaria and Raynaud's Syndrome.
