Abstract
An unusual case of pseudocyst of the pancreas following acute pancreatitis in a girl with cholecyst calculi is reported. The clinical picture is outlined and attention is drawn to the need to bear in mind involvement of the pancreas in appraising abdominal pain in children, especially in the upper quadrants.
