Abstract

Buschke-Lowenstein tumor or giant condyloma, is an uncommon disease of genitals which can present a locally aggressive behaviour and exceptionally metastatize. The case of vulvar giant condyloma in a 55 year old woman is reported. Personal carelessness and chemotherapy induced immunodepression could have favoured the considerable growth of the lesion. Simple vulvectomy was successful in the treatment of the tumor.
