Abstract
A 60-year-old woman had daily drug-resistant complex partial seizures from age 34. In July 1993 a drop during a seizure caused a left hemispheric cerebellar hematoma. 21 days after head trauma seizures disappeared. To date the patient is seizure-free (follow-up 10 months) and interictal EEG does not show the previous epileptiform activity.
