Abstract
Acne venenata is a contact acne in most cases from epicutaneous triggers. Cosmetics are between the sources of substances which can cause some types of acne venenata, mostly comedonic or papular. We report two cases of inflamed acne venenata from essential oils performed in aestetic centres. The patients need to be treated with oral isotretinoin (110 mg/kg) obtaining a complete recovery of cutaneous symptoms.
