A case of an 81 years old woman is described. She had an ischemic heart disease, chronic bronchitis, rheumatoid arthritis and goiter and was taking a number of drugs including disltiazem. About two days later, an eruption of non follicular pustular lesions developed accompanied with fever, leukocytosis and neutrophilia. The clinical and histological feature and the course of the disease suggested the diagnosis of AGEP.
