Abstract

The first case of secondary leukemia (FAB M3 micro-granular variant) after single-agent chemotherapy with etoposide is described. The peculiar morphology and the absence of previously described cytogenetic abnormalities make this case of interest and emphasize the need for further study of epipodophyllotoxin-related leukemia.
