Abstract

The majority of patients with endometrial cancer (EC) undergoes surgical management without receiving any adjuvant therapy. Based on clinical-pathological prognostic factors, EC risk classes have been distinguished in order to select patients with higher risk of relapse, as they can benefit from eventual post-surgical adjuvant treatments.
