Abstract
Indoor pollution is a particularly relevant problem to be considered with the aim of evaluating negative effects of some peculiar pollutants on human health. This is furthermore important when we consider that most people (with the exception of the few who operate outdoor) spends most of their home or work time in confined sets: in the article the most noxious organic damages are reported with reference to particular damaging elements, as well as the most frequent derived pathological conditions, from mild to severe (sometimes deadly), with the relative percentages (sometimes objectively shocking). Finally the article reports and discusses a phenomenon which "exasperates" such human exposure to indoor pollution: the so-called "sick building syndrome".
