Abstract
The sensitizing properties of oxyphenbutazone and phenylbutazone have been described in the literature, along with reports of crossed reactions to compounds of the pyrazolone group. We report 5 cases of sensitization to oxyphenbutazone that we have seen in the last 10 months, one of which had unusual clinical aspects.
