Ambulatory EEG monitoring was recorded in 6 patients suffering from Partial Idiopathic Occipital Lobe epilepsy to evaluate the occurrence of epileptic EEG abnormalities in relation to daily activities (TV, videogames, reading, feeding and sleeping). An increase of EEG abnormalities was noted in all patients (4 cases during NREM sleep and 2 during the TV watching).
