Abstract
The present paper describes an improved electrophoretic method on cellulose acetate for fractionating γ-glutamyltransferase utilizing L-γ-glutanyl-3, 5-dibromo-4-hydroxyanilide, a substrate which has been recently proposed for the determination of total enzymatic activity.
