Abstract
A report of a case of rapidly growing vulvar cancer associated with vulvar condylomas in a patient with HIV infection is given. This aggressive tumor resembles those epithelial tumors observed in women with iatrognic immunosuppression and lymphoid neoplasia currently observed in HIV patients.
