Beside disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection and tuberculosis defining AIDS pathologies, many others bacterial complications show high incidence in HIV1-infected patients than in normal hosts. These infections are characterized by atypical presentations high rates of bacteriemie, and frequent relapses despite appropriate therapy. In this paper are taken in to account serious bacterial infections of various organs and management of antibiotic therapy.
