Abstract

The methodology used in the research on the effects of high voltage fields and the principal results obtained during the first phase of research carried on by the ENEL in collaboration with the Institute of Human Physiology of the University of Milan are presented. The electrical phenomena are examined, epidemiological observations are reported, experimental tests on living organisms are described in considerable detail.
