Abstract

The authors show that it is possible to prevent the osteoporotic syndrome by increasing adequate physical activity. To determine the features of this activity, the authors explain the meaning of: mechanical threshold, specific function, adequate vectorial weight bearing to every portion of the body together with the other kinesiology modalities useful for stimulating osteogenesis.
