Breast anomalies in the pediatric population are not uncommon . Until a short time ago, patients usually presented at the end of puberty, but in the current cultural environment, they address earlier to the surgery. These physical deformities are often a significant source of psychological distress for adolescent male and female patients, who feel alienated from their peers . For this reason we should ideally correct these disorders before they become a significant psychosocial problem for the patient.
