Abstract

Four new antifungal peptides, callipeltins F-I, were isolated from the marine sponge Latrunculia sp., collected off Vanuatu islands. Their structures were elucidated by NMR and MS analysis. The new callipeltins exhibited anti Candida activity in the 10-4 M range.
