Abstract
A method to recover hemopoietic colonies grown in agar is described. The method consists of a simple modification of a Shandon cytocentrifuge allowing the direct insertion of the capillary tube used to collect the single colony, and it allows better evaluation of morphology and cytochemistry of the recovered cells.
