Abstract
Aggressive angiomyxoma of the female pelvis and perineum is a recently recognized tumour of the uterine cervix, vagina, vulva, perineum, or pelvic soft tissues. Most cases have been published in the pathology literature with special emphasis on the clinical and histological features. The cross-sectional imaging findings have rarely been described, with only three cases reported in the radiological literature. We report a case of perineal aggressive angiomyxoma which was evaluated with ultrasound (US) and computed tomography (CT).
