The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a correlation between osteoarthritic lesion detected on radiograms, the rectification of the normal cervical lordosis and cervical pain in a group of 40 patients and to match the result with a group of normal controls. We found such correlation between symptoms and rectification of the lordosis, but not between symptoms and osteoarthritic changes.
