Serum immunoglobulin G, A, M levels have been determined on serum samples from 97 healthy elderly subjects aged from 60 to 92. No qualitative changes were detected by electrophoretic analysis. The results show a significative increase with age in IgG and IgA concentrations; the IgM concentration results unaffected.
