Abstract
The Charles Bonnet Syndrome (CBS) is a condition in which individuals with low vision experience complex visual hallucinations without demonstrable psychopathology or disturbance of normal consciousness. It represents a condition characterized by the dissociation between visual perception and the sensory imput. We report a patient presenting with CBS associated with right hemianopsia resulting from an anterior left temporal lobectomy performed for the treatment of a drug-resistant focal epilepsy.
