Clinical results demonstrating the effectiveness of droprenylamine in the treatment of ischaemic cardiopathy and its associated stable angina are presented. The drug proved free of unwanted side-effects, and may be regarded as one of the most suitable for the protracted treatment of ischaemic cardiopathies.
