We describe the neurophysiological (EEG, MEP, SEP) and fRMI reports of an epileptic patient with left macronodular parieto-occipital dysplasia. We found ipereccitability of MEP and low N20 -P40 at the side of dysplasia. These findings are in contrast with previous reports in literature, fRMI detected a normal extension of active left sensorimotor cortex with moderate topographic asymmetry.
