Abstract
In the management of Amanita phalloides poisoning the rapid correction of water-electrolytes derangement proved to be of basic importance; moreover, in an early stage of poisoning, removal techniques can be applied: for this purpose, forced diuresis, peritoneal dialysis, plasmapheresis, haemodialysis, charcoal haemoperfusion are discussed; pharmacological treatments are also considered.
