Combined tardy palsy of posterior interosseous nerve and ulnar nerve at the elbow

Abstract

The authors report on a case of combined lesion of the ulnar and posterior interosseous nerves subsequent to a wrist fracture treated by a tight plaster of Paris bandage. They point out the exceptional nature of this finding and the efficacy of surgical therapy in improving the neurological symptoms.
