Abstract
Comparison of six techniques for conformal irradiation of prostate and seminal vesicles through Tumor Control Probability (TCP) and Normal Tissue Complication Probability (NTCP) for bladder and rectum: the investigation was carried out on 33 patients. Results: the sparing of rectum and bladder is not related to the number of fields, improvements can be reached through optimisation of relative beam weight and choice of convenient beam directions.
