Constrained ICA for functional magnetic resonance imaging

Abstract

Use of physiologically plausible functional constraints on components obtained by functional Magnetic Resonance scan decomposition is demonstrated to be instrumental in biasing ICA towards more realistic solutions, and to allow to extract only significant components automatically.
