Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate, in Kaposi's sarcoma patients, the correlation between antibody titers to the lyric antigens of human herpesvirus 8, as assessed by immunofluorescence assay, and values obtained by an enzyme immunoassay. The methods showed a stringent correlation, r = 0.625 (P <0.001).
