A group of 18 subjects with craniosynostosis of different types was studied from a clinical, neuroimaging and neurophysiological point of view. Different types of craniosynostosis showed different clinico-instrumental involvement. Some patients had also focal cortical dysplasia: this allows us to suggest the possible secondary nature of the craniosynostosis in these subjects.
