Abstract
The authors present a case of cutaneous larva migrans localized to the right wrist and calf in a 62-year-old caucasian man, farmer in the district of Lodi (Lombardy). The infestation appeared following the contact with hydraulic pumps and suction pipes which had been used to irrigate a field. Since the patient never left Lombardy, in all his life, this case is an example of autochthonous cutaneous larva migrans.
