Abstract
Nocturnal Frontal Lobe Epilepsy (NFLE), characterized by paroxysmal motor events, may be associated with sleep fragmentation and reduction in sleep efficiency. We evaluated the sleep features and sleepiness, by means of validated questionnaires, in a sample of NFLE patients (28) and healthy subjects of control (21). Our data show only a statistically not significant higher frequency of these symptoms in the NFLE group.
