Dedifferentiating endometrial adenocarcinoma. Report of a case

Abstract

A case of well differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma in a 70 year-old patient is reported, which evolved to undifferential small cell after being treated with chemotherapy for six months. The possible mechanisms of dedifferentiation are briefly discussed.
