Abstract
Rubella specific IgA antibodies were detected by an ELISA technique in naturally acquired, vaccine induced infections and healthy adults to value their diagnostic significance. Preliminary results point to the usefulness of the laboratory detection of Rubella specific IgA antibodies in the diagnosis of naturally acquired infections.
