Abstract

In this issue of Blood, Turesson et al study the risk of progression of monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) to lymphoplasma cellular and myeloid malignancies in a large population, validating current risk factors and adding immunoparesis as a predictor of progression.
