Two cases of spermatic cord liposarcoma are reviewed. Radical orchiectomy and, in young patients, retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy appear to be adequate forms of treatment. A review of the literature reveals that adjunctive radiotherapy or chemotherapy are controversial. A close follow-up is mandatory to detect early relapses or distant metastasis.
