Abstract

In the authors' clinic, cases of congenital cardiopathy with cardiac malposition are divided into 5 groups: 1) situs solitus with dextrocardia; 2) situs inversus with dextrocardia; 3) situs inversus with levocardia; 4) right atrial isomerism with dextro- and levocardia; 5) left atrial isomerism with dextro- and levocardia. On analysis, these groups prove to differ enough to be described separately.
