Abstract

Double outlet right atrium (DORA) is a rare form of endocardial cushion defect resulting from malposition of the interatrial septum. If is interesting because it is often misinterpreted preoperatively. If properly recognized its surgical repair is readily possible. The clinical presentation, surgical repair and review of literature of DORA are presented.
