Abstract

The authors have tabled a casuistry of 30 patients operated of aorto-renal bypass for hypertension. Through a subdivision of the pre- and postoperative tracings in classes of increasing gravity, they valuated the RNG proceeding from the side suffering from stenosis and from the healthy side confirming the sensibility in RNG to signal the precocious variations of functionality of the two kidneys, after the hemodynamic variations induced by the operative intervention.
