Abstract
Echotomography was used to guide the injection of salivary glands with botulinum toxin type A in patients with sialorrhea and drooling. A visual analogue scale (VAS) of the rate of salivation was performed in all patients included in the study. The injections were performed under ultrasonic guide using linear electronic probe of 7.5 MHz.
