Abstract

Electron-beam computed tomography (EBCT) allowed to visualize both aneurysms and proximal stenosis of coronary artery in a young patient with Kawasaki syndrome. After successful coronary stenting of left anterior descending artery, EBCT could reliably characterize the stent patency at repeat examinations.
