Abstract

A group of subjects, affected by cerebral gliomas and treated with carboplatin and etoposide intraarterial selective chemotherapy, was submitted to electroretinographic (ERG) and Visual Evoked Potentials (VEP) investigation. After therapy only slight modifications in VEP Pl wave latencies and ERG bl wave amplitudes were detected.
