N2 - Brugada syndrome is a rare channelopathy characterized by an increased risk of sudden cardiac death. Patients with confirmed Brugada pattern and a history of palpitations without major events should be scheduled for risk stratification. Herein, we reported a patient with type I Electrocardiogram (ECG) pattern induced at the Ajmaline test and a family history of sudden cardiac death who had episodes of palpitations. We, therefore, described our flowchart in order to assess his sudden cardiac death risk.
