Abstract
An association of Epilepsy and OSA was found in 30 out of 270 epilepsy outpatients not previously selected for sleep disorders. Epilepsy patients plus OSA were older, more frequently male and overweight than Epilepsy patients without OSA. Uncontrolled seizures and sleep-related seizures were more prevalent in Epilepsy plus OSA than in Epilepsy patients.
