Abstract
With regard to the difference of opinion existing in literature, the Authors have studied 'in vivo' superficial thermic effects of low power laser energy, using teletermography. Two groups of 10 subjects have been studied and applications of HeNe+Infrared Laser have been performed on different skin areas. Data have been collected and statistically analyzed. Results showed absence of superficial thermic effects in skin areas treated with low-power laser energy. Statistical analysis of data was different according to different skin areas. This gave rise to remarks about real action mechanism of low power laser energy.
