The authors review 195 cases of Ewing's sarcoma treated in the Tumour Centre of the Rizzoli Institute. The clinical, radiographic and histological features of this not uncommon primary neoplasm are described. A dividing line is drawn between past and present attitudes towards Ewing's sarcoma, particularly in regard to treatment.
